"Junior" is the co-founder of The Home Boys with his brother Larry. They have been in business together since 1992. I'm 2nd generation in the manufactured home industry, as my father was in manufactured homes since the early 1960's. I have done all aspects of manufactured homes including set up, service, sales, and marketing. I'm a Washington State Certified Manufactured Home Installer, Certified Professional Housing Consultant (by Manufactured Housing Institute), & Licensed Realtor for Washington State. My favorite pastime is snowmobiling in the winters and spending time on our local lakes during the summer with my loving wife (Ute), family, and friends.

Larry is co-founder of The Home Boys. Larry runs the site development side and our used home division, both purchasing and rehabbing used homes. Larry grew up in the manufactured housing industry and started by doing set-up and service work for his father, before co-founding Home Boys. Larry has delivered our manufactured homes to the Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, and the west coast of the U.S. He is a certified Manufactured Home Installer with both Idaho and Washington. Larry is happily married to his wife (Janelle) and together they have two beautiful girls. In his spare time Larry enjoys camping, talking about cars, spending time with his friends, and cooking.

Grant has been with The Home Boys since January 2019. Grant worked for Nordstrom as a buyer and was in the mortgage industry.

Bryan Cline has been with The Home Boys since 2023 and has a background in mortgage (11 years) & construction industry (30 plus years).

Jessica is 3rd generation in Home Boys.

Tad joined The Home Boys team in January 2024. Tad has been involved with Washington agricultural business plus restaurant management. In his spare time he enjoys Snow boarding, racketball, working out plus coaching a youth soccer team.

Lex started working with The Home Boys in 2001. Lex is manager @ our Tri Cities location

Robert has been with The Home Boys Tri Cities since 2022.

Kris started with The Home Boys in 1999. He is in charge of Transportation, site checks, plus blocking leveling of home.

Marisa has been in customer support for 3 years and joined The Home Boys team in 2021 Marisa is in charge of Final finish & warranty work.

Janelle runs our accounting department, this includes payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, and our personnel department. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a minor in Accounting and has been with Home Boys for 23 years. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband (Larry) of 28 years, as well as time spent with their two daughters and son-in-law’s. Janelle enjoys wine and time spent with her friends camping, side-by-side riding, and venturing to new places.

Ute does all of the Website Building & Maintenance, Title Transfers, Home Staging and Real Estate. Ute has been a Real Estate Broker since 1994 and is licensed in Washington and Idaho. She is also a Certified Home Stager and uses her talent in our Show Homes. She has a love for the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. Between her busy life, as a wife, mom of 4 grown children, 1 grandchild and 2 happy dogs, she spends her time in the Great Inland Northwest with her husband , friends and family.

Sawyer the Destroyer has been hard at work guarding all of our homes. Since Sawyer has been on duty no one has stole any of our homes. Don't tell him, but before he started no one had ever stole any of our homes. Its our secret :) When Sawyer is not working he enjoys walks and Scooby snacks.

Marley is in training and helping Sawyer the Destroyer watch over all the homes plus she is also our "greeter" to welcome clients to The Home Boys. When Marley is not working she enjoys barking at "nothing" and belly rubs
